Patrick E. Murphy is a business lawyer with extensive experience with all types of business and real estate transactions. Prior to founding Murphy & Vickers, Mr. Murphy was General Counsel for a commercial and real estate firm and worked at a leading transactional law firm, focusing on corporate-commercial and real estate transactions for mid sized and large corporate clients. In addition, Mr. Murphy serves as General Counsel and sits on the board of directors for several Houston based companies.

Tom Vickers brings experience in arbitration and mediation services to the firm, as well as probate law. Before joining Murphy & Vickers as a firm partner, Tom Vickers worked for the Harris County Probate Court, where he learned the inner workings of Texas probate law and litigation. Mr. Vickers also served at the Center for Conflict Resolution with the Honorable Frank Evans, who is widely known as the father of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) in Texas.
