Patrick E. Murphy concentrates his practice in real estate and corporate/business law, with an emphasis on corporate/partnership formations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate dispositions, and general corporate and business transactions. In real estate matters, Mr. Murphy has extensive experience in matters related to real estate acquisition, development and disposition, landlord/tenant matters, drafting and negotiating commercial leases, and general real estate law. Mr. Murphy has conducted numerous presentations as part of continuing legal education and financial education courses on such matters as the use of Texas limited partnerships, buy/sell agreements and other asset protection vehicles. Mr. Murphy is a member of the American Bar Association, and Houston Bar Association. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center in 2001, where he graduated Cum Laude, and received his Bachelors of Arts from the University of Texas (Austin) in 1994.
